Service Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of the signed contract or purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase or service agreement, we cannot offer a full refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

• The project has not commenced or significant work has not been undertaken.
• You have notified us of your decision to cancel within the first 30 days.
• Refunds are not applicable for completed design work, consulting services, or projects where substantial progress has been made.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once commenced:

• Custom design work, architectural plans, or interior design concepts.
• On-site consultations, meetings, or visits.
• Completed project stages (e.g., schematic designs, blueprints, or 3D renders).
• Any third-party services (e.g., contractors, suppliers) arranged through us on your behalf.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

• If the project is partially completed and both parties agree on a fair percentage of work completed.
• Cancellation of services after the design or planning phase has started but before construction or implementation has begun.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service or project, you must notify us in writing via email at yogeeta1974@gmail.com. Please include your reason for cancellation and project details. Upon receipt of your request, we will review the case and communicate further instructions regarding any applicable refund.

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
• We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after being notified:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to officially post.

Changes to Project Scope

If changes or additional work are requested after a service has begun, we will provide a revised quote or agreement for your approval. Additional work requested outside the original scope is non-refundable once completed.
